Refund & Return Policy
At Regal Body and Bath, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products — each one made with care, purity, and integrity. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
Easy Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a hassle-free exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it immediately — no questions asked.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
